How It's Made
Every shirt, hoodie, and sticker we sell gets printed the second you hit "buy." We don't sit on a warehouse full of gear hoping you'll show up — your order kicks the print machine into gear (see what we did there), and it comes out the other end brand new, just for you.
That means you get a fresh, made-to-order product instead of some shirt that's been sitting in a bin since 2019. It also means we need a little time to actually make the thing before it can start its road trip to your door.
Production & Delivery Times
Production takes 2-7 business days — that's the time our print partners need to actually slap your design onto the goods and package it up right. After that, it ships and heads your way.
Total time from order to doorstep runs roughly 1-3 weeks for orders within the US, depending on where you are and which of our production partners is closest to you. We ship from US-based print-on-demand facilities, not some guy's garage (well, not this garage, anyway).
Spend $50 or more and shipping's on us, no code needed — it just knocks itself off at checkout. Under $50, standard shipping rates apply and you'll see the exact cost before you pay.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll get a shipping confirmation with tracking info sent to the email you checked out with. Check your spam folder before you assume it vanished into the void — it happens more than you'd think.
If your estimated window passes and you're still staring at an empty porch, email us and we'll dig into it.
Returns & Exchanges
Because everything's made fresh for you specifically, we can't take returns just because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or your buddy talked you out of it at the last minute. There's no shirt sitting in a warehouse to restock — it was made for your order and yours alone.
What we WILL make right, every time: if your item arrives defective, damaged in shipping, or just plain wrong (wrong design, wrong size from what you ordered, printing error on our end), we'll fix it. That's a real 30-day window from delivery to let us know, no games.
We're not going to promise you the moon here — we're a real garage, not a call center with a script. If something's actually wrong with what showed up, tell us and we'll sort a replacement or refund. If you just don't like how it fits, that's between you and the sizing chart next time.
How to Start a Return
Email support with your order number, what's wrong, and a photo if it's a defect or damage claim — that photo speeds everything up and saves us both a round of twenty questions.
We'll get back to you, figure out what happened, and set you up with a replacement or refund if it qualifies. No return-shipping runaround for defective or wrong items — we'll walk you through next steps once we've looked at what you sent.
