Privacy Policy

When you order from Bust-A-Nut Garage, we collect what it takes to get your gear to your door and not screw it up: your email, name, shipping address, and order details. That's it. We're not building a file on you, we're printing a shirt.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Ever. Not to marketers, not to data brokers, not to anybody. Your info is used to process orders, answer your emails, and occasionally tell you a new design dropped -- and only that, if you opted in.

Our site uses cookies and basic analytics to see which designs are crushing it and which ones are duds, and to keep your cart from forgetting what you put in it. Payment is handled entirely by our third-party payment processor -- we never see or store your card number, and neither does our server. If you want your data deleted or have questions about what we've got on file, email us and we'll sort it out.

Terms of Service

Every design, logo, slogan, and questionable joke on this site is the property of BANG Industries (Bust-A-Nut Garage). Don't rip off our art, don't slap our logo on your own merch, don't print bootlegs. We built this stuff at an actual garage in Fort Myers -- respect the work.

All products are print-on-demand, made to order once you buy -- nothing sits on a shelf waiting for you, it gets made when you hit checkout. Because of that, standard made-to-order return and exchange rules apply; check our order confirmation email or contact us if something arrives wrong or damaged and we'll make it right.

This brand is loud, crude, and built for grown-ups. The humor is 18+ and mature by design -- innuendo, garage talk, and jokes that aren't for kids. By ordering, you're confirming you're old enough to handle a T-shirt with attitude. To the extent allowed by law, BANG Industries isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or site -- our liability is limited to the price you paid. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any disputes get sorted under Florida jurisdiction.
